wear a pad
I worry about that too. I’d wear a tampon or a pad. Also, if it happend at practice, where the gymnastic/bike shorts, they are ok with my coach. It will cover up the blood, I just got some the other day.Answer by Xx_Gymnastics_xX
Don’t worry- your coaches will understand. If your @ a competition then just wear panties that aren’t obvious- if you can’t do that then a tampon is your last option. In training just wear shorties! ๐Answer by Brianna
if u dnt want to wear a tampon by a lolli like cheerleaders wear under their skirts but buy it in a color that matches ur leo…i did that before a tamponn also to prevent me from getting a wedgie so i didnt have to pick it n loose pointss.Answer by mallorieright?
Well i would deff reccomend a tampon because it will make your life easier they have platex sport ones that last long bend with your body and wont gett in the way. however im sure your period will be light at first so you can just use medium to small pads(: look in the female section.
also use pamprin multi symptom for those cramps!
goodluck(:
Answer by nikkiyou could wear shorts and use a pad you could ask your coach if that would be okay if not just wear a tampon.Answer by Lizzie
You should try sport tampons but if you really don’t want to wear a tampon try panty liners. I’m a gymnast too and I usually wear panty liners in my gym suits with shorts so it doesn’t show through.Answer by iTeal

Oh im sorry, im 16 and i do gymnastics too ๐ i know how those days feel. You could wear a tampon, i know they are no fun but they are actually quite comfertable when you have it in and if you put it in correctly. Ask your mom to help you, she has probably been through that too. Good luck ๐ have fun!!!!!Answer by Michie
