Usually it is safe to travel during the first 8 months of pregnancy, even with an IVF pregnancy. The main concerns with travel during pregnancy are access to medical care, discomfort, getting enough exercise and fluids, and having a healthy diet. If you have any medical or obstetric complications, such as poorly controlled diabetes, placental problems, or pregnancy-induced high blood pressure, your provider may recommend that you not travel at any time during your pregnancy.

you misspelled pregnant and this is a question you should be asking your doctorAnswer by Grace12
Unless you have a high risk pregnancy, airplane travel is usually permited. However, you are better off asking your doctor to make sure.Answer by Vicky
Yes, you can travel until 28 weeks unless there’s a medical contraindication. After that time, the airline might request that you get a doctor’s letter telling them that you’re OK to travel. They have the right to deny you travel, and if you’re especially big by then, you should consider having a letter ready at check-in. After 36 weeks it is not advised to travel by plane.
