How would you sell a bachelors degree if you only have an associates?

Richard: How would you sell a bachelors degree if you only have an associates?
I’m interviewing for a position which requires me to sell bachelors and even masters degrees. A question on my interview will be how do i sell to students these higher education degrees, while I’ve only been able to complete my associates. any ideas? thanks!

I don’t see that your personal education should be a factor when looking at selling to students. I would concentrate on how the higher degrees will benefit the students. Focus your attention on the student and benefits of having a higher degree. Some careers only need an associates degree. Most companies look to those with bachelors or masters degrees when they look for those for advancement. In your situation, you can always get a BS. If nothing else it could help your confidence level when talking with these people.
