Lindsey: How to you train a kitten and a puppy not to hurt each other?
I’m moving and I have to get rid of my cat but my mom said I could get a kitten when we move. I don’t want my yorkie and the new kitten to hurt each ther. Can someone please help?

they wont. trust me. i have a german sheppard and a kitten. the kitten will defend its self. they have clasw for a reason.
also, puppy play and kitten play are VERRY simmilar. the cats way of saying too rough will be the cue for the dog to lay off.
Answer by wocka_7well I have a Jack russell and the hates all new animals… What i have to do is when i geta new animal i have to get someone els to hold Jack(my dog) and I have to let jack smell the new animals butt and see that it is ok… he comes around after a few days but I have to keep an eye on him at all times when the new animal is running aroundAnswer by James Knight
you could try to train them, but I doubt it would work
as I got a second dog and the first one doesnt get along with it
((1) it doesnt hurt it, but it leaves the room if (dog 2) approaches)
