If I can’t really speak or read any Japanese, is there a way I could tell who is selling tickets to a sold-out show outside of a concert in Japan? Are they right in the open selling them or is it done quietly?
Sorry, I mean how would I know who is selling tickets.

The people who are selling tickets are saying so outside of concert. In fact, if you do not speak Japanese, there is little way to know it. They do not intend to sell tickets to those who do not speak Japanese.

Basically, it’s illegal. People are selling more tickets on online auctions these days.
