How to request transcripts from Calcutta university in a university sealed envelop?

Tech: How to request transcripts from Calcutta university in a university sealed envelop?
I graduated from Calcutta university 8 years back and now I am applying for Masters progran in US and the university requires transcripts in envelopes sealed by the issuing institutions. Copies, opened or unsealed envelopes, unofficial printouts, or facsimiles will not be accepted. I am not sure how to get that and if there is any fast way.

You should either called and get the procedure for requesting or see if you can contact through email. The only way to know if this can be done is to contact THEM, not on here.
