Wilheim: How to make my hips and buttocks bigger? And also a more “feminine” body figure?
I am a 20 years old male, but I prefer to have a more female shape body (but not big breast! “A” cup breast is probably acceptable…) I wish to have a significant small breasts, smaller waist like female, flat stomach, wider hips, and shapely buttocks.
I am 166-168cm tall, weigh probably around 60kg, my upper chestline is approximately 35-36″, lower chestline approx 30-31″, waist 30-31″, and 37-37″ buttocks.
Any solution?

Answer by Heather Tdeep squats and lots of ’em! Try 3 sets of 15 squats, 3 sets 15 weighted squats, 3 sets of 15 lunges each leg, 3 sets of 15 deadlifts
