As long as you are having a healthy pregnancy you can have intercourse up until the day you deliver. Unless your doctor tells you otherwise enjoy the time with your husband while you can!Answer by MOMMIKAT
i would say that intercourse should be avoided when bleeding occurs only. other then that the doctors say that sex is okay to engage in. so if you don’t have any bad symptoms, you will be okay! good luck and have fun!Answer by carogator28
If your doctor didn’t tell you that you need to be on “pelvic rest,” then you should be fine. I think they advise that you hold off on intercourse if you are considered to be a high risk pregnancy. Women falling into this category might have had several prior miscarriages or a history of incompetent cervix. I believe the doctor might also recommend it if you have placenta previa. As always, check with your dr., but unless you’re high risk, you should have the green light to go for it as often as you like. Have fun!Answer by kugles81
your dr will tell you if there is any reason not to have sex but otherwise you can continue until u go into labour or until it doesnt feel comfortable anymore!Answer by Lovely Lady 27
You should be able to have intercourse through out unless you have a problem. Your doctor will let you know but until then enjoy. Remember some times you can have braxton hicks contractions after sex just stay laying down and drink water and it should go away. Unless the contractions hurt really bad or don’t go away (more than 4 and hour) you are normal and fine.Answer by baby # 2 due 4/2/09. Mayb twins
its safe throughout the whole pregnancy. A flag should be raised if it becomes painful or if their is bleeding. Otherwise, ENJOY!!Answer by Allyssa

I have been diagnosed with an incompetent cervix so I was put on bed rest and told not to have sex for the rest of my pregnancy….so I would say only if your dr tells you NOT to…or you feel like you shouldnt because of reasons only known to you.
