Babbysitting Buddies: Does the phrase “Emotional with love” make sense?
I’m writing a book report and I need to know if this phrase makes sense.
This book makes you emotional with love for Carrie’s departure from Francie. <—— Does that make sense??

Depends on how it’s presented. For example, “Mr. Ed saw her and became emotional with love” would work.
It’s kind of like being “Drunk with Power”.

Carrie’s departure from Francie will inspire intense emotions in readers.
