I am planning to visit Holzkirchen,Germany next month from (May to June).
Please suggest how i can find the shared accommodation there.

Is Munich is near to Holzkirchen?
Is it possible to do daily up-down from Munich ?

Please suggest the best option.

There is a site specialised on WGs shared apartements they are even available in English.

The distance Munich Holzkirchen is 33 km so yes that is ok.
You can do it either way by car or by S Bahn.

Look for B&B /Gaststätte/Gasthof/Ferienwohnungen , hostals , pension etc some of them are quite good!
For the trips to Holzkirchen; I highly suggest to get a monthly pass at the HBF (train station) The Deutsche Bahn has special fares for this situations,
The trip from Munich to Holzkirchen takes about 27 minutes by Train and 45min by S-Bahn (ca 33km)
