: How to control my anger during the final exams time?
My exams time is about 12 days and I’m in the middle of it at the moment. During this period I’m always angry and it’s like I want to argue with people around me so I may hurt them.
I’ve studied the materials during the semester and I haven’t accumulated them for the night before the exam but how come that I’m always angry during the exams time?

Stress. Try yoga or something relaxing like a walk/hot bath and nice music. Buy yourself a stress ball/juggling ball and just squeeze it when everything is to much.
Also exercising and eating healthily and drinking a lot of water can make you feel better. Junk food and alcohol tend to make us feel guilty and irratable.
Warn people that you are stressed and that anything mean you might say is not meant and that you are sorry in advance.
Book time with you teachers to discuss anything your struggling with.
Answer by First Star I See TonightYou’re just stressed. I’m the same way. Seriously dude, when ur not studying you need to do something active. Exercise releases frustration.Maybe walk around ur block and don’t think about finals. Keep that peace of mind. Or maybe something funner like boxing, running, or dancing. Whatever it may be, let it be your time to relax and not think about that stress of exams.
Good luck on finals 🙂 take care
Answer by Sam Lyou might feel angry, and you might not be able to control what you feel, but you can control what you do. so it shouldn’t be a problem.

Hi there,
during examination period is very stressful time as we are under a great deal of pressure to perform. When we become stressed we also have a tendency to become short tempered and angry.
Often the reason we become angry and stressed is because we have not worked hard enough during the semester and place ourselves under a great deal of pressure to learn huge amounts of work and revision in such a short period of time in those last couple of weeks prior to the exams. We are really angry at ourselves for placing ourselves under so much pressure in such a limited amount of time when by this stage we realizelise we regret not having worked in a consistent manner throughout the course, The anger that we experience as a result of this is often projected onto those closest to us. In my opinion we are angry because we realizelise we should of put in more work along the way and have created a stressful situation for ourselves. However this is only my opinion based on my personal experience.
Hope this helps
