W: How to call a international number using a calling card?
My friend lives in Jordan and she doesn’t have the typical calling number. Her number would look like 3457892. I went on a website for international calling codes. The website told me to use 011- 942 then my friend number. The calling card also has the same 011 as the area code. I am not sure how to use the pin number on the card as well as using the international instructions. Can anyone help me ?

Locate the toll free 800 or 888 network-access number on the card, and dial from any touch-tone phone. Enter your personal identification (PIN) number, or follow the instructions on the card. Dial the telephone number you wish to call. If you are if you are calling outside the US, dial 011 + country code + city code + phone number.
The country code of Jordan is 962 NOT 942. The 011 is not a country code, it is an IDD Prefix (International direct dial) which you have to dial before the country code of the country you want to call.
Then you have to dial 0119-62-3457892 (+962).
