eat a healthy well balanced diet… slow release carbs to keep your blood sugar levels stable.
revise things in small manageable chunks. make spider grams if you find it easier to remember things visually….
maths exams are things you can’t really revise for as you have no idea what will come up… try not to panic and make sure you read the questions well.

What I usually do though is study the terms I need to know, then look at my homework and copy down some problems without looking at the answer I already wrote down. Then I do the problem and see if the answers compare. It’s best to do this for as many different types of problems as you can, because you need to remember the formulas, how to solve them, and you don’t really know what’s gonna be on the test.
I don’t think the diet is very important, but get to bed early!!
Also, chewing minty gum or eating mints while taking the exam can improve concentration and help you to remember things. I think if you get a lot of sleep and study enough you won’t feel nervous. Maybe a little bit, but everyone else feels that way too.
Good luck!
