ABC!!!: How should I keep up my gymnastics skills till I find a new class?
I’m a guy, and I can do all the splits. So I practice them every day.
I’m fine with my back bend.
But currently I’m trying to find a new gymnastics class (the old one was a rip off).
Before I re-join (latest next Jan), how can I keep up my gymnastics-ness?
Any tips will be great!

Why not go to a local drop-in class? Where I’m at, they have them every Wednesday for adults, $ 20 for 2 hours, people of various skill levels show.
Just, as you say, practice what you know. Maybe research some gymnastics practice things online or in a book and maybe you can just keep doing that everyday and maybe that’ll help you.Answer by dancin machine
flexibliity is something u should work on often and u want to stay in shape so i would also say to jog now and then
push ups sit ups pull ups and things like that
also see if any gym has open gym so u can use mats if u need to
at my gym they have it for $ 8 for 1hr and a half

I am a level 8 gymnast and I do like back flips in the grass and stuff. I don’t really care because I have been doing gymnastics for a long time so it doesn’t really matter to me where I do gymnastics. But whatever is the most comfortable to you. I guess the best advice I can give is stay at that gym until you find the gym that you want!!!!
