The basic price you can expect to pay for a 20×40 menage including good materials for surfaces and fencing and drainage is around £15,000- much less than that I would be wary about the standard of material that they would be using. Obviously building it yourself will cut down costs but I think it’s better to get a professional to do the job if you haven’t done it before. Getting planning permission will also cost extra.
