There are rumors that microsoft might buy yahoo. Would anyone know how much microsoft would have to cough up if they wanted to buy yahoo?

Yahoo is worth around 40 billion and Microsoft has a value of around 280 billion. So, if Microsoft really wanted they could buy Yahoo but they wouldnt as they have MSN which does the same thing as Yahoo.
