How much does a company need to have or make B4 it is listed on the NYSE?

I have heard a company needs to make $ 500M or more to be listed on the NYSE, SAP 500, or DOW. Any info will be appreciated.

that may be true but to be incorporated is something to think of. if the company is somewhat large and has a product or service that is in need then this company can be listed. you just have to research for a shell company that is already made up. this would be good if your company is new and now making enough each year. also by doing this your company will be listed and then you are in reach of millions of dollars. the amount of investors is far greater when you list.
