I would like to know how many calories I burn in a football practice. I play for a 13 year old boys football team and practice is 1.5 hours long.

It depends what you do when you get into daily doubles in the middle of summer probably 3000 calories. But just a normal 2 hour practice is 500-1000 calories.

about 2,785 i used a calories burnt calculator. If you play catch for 10 minutes and do full contact practice for 150 minutes than its about 2785
