The prostate itself doesn;t cause an orgasm, but it just releases more semen than normal

It depends on your own inner plumbing . All men are different.

Some men will not have any huge orgasms but they may enjoy the intimacy and still receive enormous pleasure.

Some men just stay hard after a prolonged “leaking” and then squirt out ropes that can knock your eye out.

For some men it can only take a few minutes, for others it can take longer, it all depends upon you! If you are having problems you can either try using a prostate stimulator as your finger may be too short to massage your prostate properly or what works really well for some men is to lay on your side.
