How long did you wait before telling your girlfriend or boyfriend that you love them. /and how long did it take you to fall in love with them?

I’m not looking for any specific answer, just wondering how long it takes for most people. thats all! so i appreciate ANY answers!

The first time I told my girlfriend I loved her was after about 6 months, whether that was too early or not I don’t know, but we’ve been together for 7 years now and about to get married, no regrets!

It usually takes me about three months of dating someone two or three times (and more) a week before I start to feel like I’m in love. However, I don’t say “I love you” until after he does.

On the other hand, I had an experience just last month where I met a man who just swept me off my feet on the first date and I swear it was love at first sight.

Lol ummmmmm 5 to 6 months.
He admitted it to me around 6 months into the relationship.
I’m a teenager and people think that our love isn’t real; i even thought that.
But i really do so being in love in teenage years is the same as being in love for adults.

Haha it took me about 2 weeks to fall in love but he said he loved me first and I said I love you too our relationship lasted about 2 years but then he broke my heart but its weird because he said he still loved me and i was sad and confused

I know you said no specific answers but no one can answer this for you. It could take some people days and some people months or years. Only you can answer thiss. The difference between love and in love is when you love someone you would do anything for them you are fascinated by them and you really do care for them. Now when your in love with them it means you are actually thinking about this person being the one you wanna spend your life with them marriage possibly and kids. So loving someone most commonly takes a week or two to a couple of months to form and falling in love with someone might take months or years or might not even happen in a relationship but it varies per person. It took me a lil over a week to love my current boyfriend but i am not in love with him yet. Be careful tho and dont fall too fast fallin in love can easily be mistaken for love too and it means diff. things to diff. ppl so mayb ur bf/gf says im in love with you but it means something else to them. it varies per person of what it means and varies per person because of that of how long it takes.

When I was 22 years old I felt in love 2 times (now I’m 23). And, yea, I felt in love for first time when I was 22 years old.
By the way I was going to ask this question here but somehow I forget it.
Before I start; I was thinking about a girl who is from Bland (I’m not going to tell the real country name here, sorry) and live here in Tland, and who is a collage student. Because I’m from Bland and I live in Tland, collage student, too.
I realized my first love in my class, it take me few seconds after that to get attracted to her and fall in love in few hours.
She had a boyfriend, I didn’t tell that I’m interested in her.

After about 2 months in summer I found a girl, with same attributes. I felt in love in about few days because I still liked the previous girl. Then I lost connection for about few months. Then I found her and I told that I really like her, she was engaged, DAMN! She rejected me badly, even thoug I’ve never told her something bad.
I cannot get her out of my mind. Then here in Yahoo I realized that it was an awkward situation for her because she was thinking that I do not know her well. Rrrr, I’m angry at myself! That’s my fault. Now, it is one year since I first sow her, and still she is in my head, even though I don’t see her, and I don’t want someone else.

I feel in love with a friend of mine but it took me almost a year to realize I loved him. Since we had been friends for so long, when we started dating we both knew pretty quickly that we were in love. It was actually our first date that we told each other. I know, it’s quick but I had been in love with him before we started dating so it was natural.
