How is a psychological exam structured for employment?

: How is a psychological exam structured for employment?
I will be administered a psychological exam for a government employment position I am interested in. I have already taken a personality inventory, a written ethics questionnaire so I am doubtful it will have these types of questions, but I don’t know for sure.

Any information would be helpful.
