Up until your water breaks or your doctor tells you not to. No special precautions, just whatever you are comfortable with.

Go for it! Enjoy it while you can, because there will be a long hiatus after the baby comes.
Haha, you can have sex the whole time, as long as YOU feel comfortable and happy.
I had sex the day before I went into labor, at 11:30 pm, and then at 1:30 am I went into labor, literally a few hours later. I felt great my entire pregnancy long and I never felt uncomfortable during sex, though we couldn’t do many positions past the 5th month due to the belly.

You can have sex at any point in your pregnancy, as long as you’re not restricted for a medical reason (history of miscarriage, etc.). After your 4th month, you should not have sex in missionary position because you’re not supposed to be on your back for very long after that point.Answer by Caledonia

my wife and I had intercourse up until a week before she went into labor.Answer by Melissa B
You can have sex all through your pregnancy, unless you develop some complication and your doctor advises against it. The only time I had to abstain was for 2 weeks following my amniocentesis. Other than that, you will know when you have to start changing positions because of the baby.
