Wreck: How does the scam of seeing movies online work?
I know how other scams work.
But this one has me baffled.
Someone comes in here.
Makes about 20 id’s and asks about 10 questions on each id
They ask “where can I watch so and so free and live online”
And about 3 other new ID’s answer and post sites.
How does this scam work?

I believe they are just trying to advertise their site. It’s a lame attempt at driving traffic to those sites to generate some ad revenue.
There are many themes like that on these boards. Like “What’s a good work from home job? Answer: There’s this really awesome survey site at www.some.bogus.surveys.ru”. Response: “Wow– great! Thanks, I’m trying it now and it’s really awesome.”
