loretta: How does a law enforcement handle a murder with the body already removed from the home?
If a person suspected a murder and informed the law enforcement. But, the body has already been moved before the law enforcement get to the home. Will the law enforcement still conduct a investigation or leave it alone. These criminals needs to be put in prison but law enforcement never can get them convicted without enough evident. These people kills every two years. And, it’s family members that they kills. Once they are reported, will the law enforcement keep a eye on them or what happen with this type of cases? Only serious people respond.
Thank you

If you wanna snitch then snitch. Cops will probably investigate you first since you made the call and use the word murder…you wanna know why they will investigate you first. Because they are F****** stupid thats why. yeah murderers should be punished but the cops are paid to find and figure things like that out. You wanna stop the killing go vigilante and stop them yourself. Otherwise catch a good episode of Investigation discovery and mind your own business.
Get rid of your snitch ways
If someone dies outside a doctor’s care, then the police have to be at the scene before the body gets removed. The Medical Examiner has to sign off on the cause of death before a funeral home can arrive and take possession of the body, and they won’t make a determination without the police on the scene.Answer by Daniel
If the perpetrator burned or buried the body, they of course try to look for it. When the body is not found then they have to question everyone who last saw the victim. Sometimes they can certain leads. For example, if they were at a restaurant and they left with someone, the person who left with them would be a suspect. If there is evidence in their house such a blood spatter then that links them to the murder. But how do they know if it’s the victim’s blood? They can go into the victim’s home and take something such as a toothbrush that has DNA on it and get the sample. If it matches, they can get a conviction. But it’s very unlikely the perpetrator gets the death sentence.
Hope this helped.
