Unfortunately, it’s not possible. You would have to transfer the money from MoneyBookers to your bank and then into your PayPal account.
Note: Some individuals with both MoneyBookers and PayPal accounts do offer such a service (informally) on many forums, but you have no guarantee that they will fulfill there side of the bargain.
