Paypal dosnt charge your account for any reason (unless you upgrade to pro which isnt needed), when your payment is recieved it is moved into paypal, then from their you can move it into any bank account you choose, it also saves you from sending your bank info to other people who might not be trustworth as you only have to send your payapal username. It is very reliable and if you get scammed or somthing paypal has many ways to get your money back and more. Hope this helps
Yes, as a seller, you will be paying fees to Paypal.
Here is the Paypal Fee Calculator:

All sellers must accept Paypal now.
Your buyer sends you a payment, which goes to your Paypal account.
You have the option of withdrawing the money into your checking or savings account.
But these accounts must be linked to your Paypal account first.
It is very safe.
I always withdraw my mnoey to my checking account when I reach a certain amount.
