If you go into my profile and read the bit in my about me, you will see a great place to get started. I don’t want to spam here like other people blatently do, because that is against the rules. This site explains everything in detail. I think if you don’t want to join right away you can sign up for a free newsletter and think about it for a while. Believe me when I tell you this is probably the best site around right now.
Think. Don’t let wishful thinking shut down your common sense.
If I do work, I expect to get paid. A “job” where I have to pay to work there is a scam.
If it’s too good to be true, it is.
Read disclosures. They often contradict the claims made on other parts of the web site.

Best thing is, google them. If you find a lot of complaints against that particular “job”, it’s a bad idea..
Also, you’ll often be able to find sites where people gives their opinion on them!
Good luck!

Not very long ago I answered this same question — literally word for word.
But what really is chilling is that the first response to that question as word for word the same as the first response here! Now what are the odds of that??
Gee, a more cynical person might thing that the person asking this question might be the same person as the first responder. All in an effort to publicize some work at home scam.
Answer by Jibran9The purpose of those scams is to get money from you. Your purpose for looking at their scams, is to get some money. But they are taking the money you are looking for from you So how are you supposed to make money?Answer by Gilchrist
The best way i follow is type the company name followed by the word scam in google. It will list all the sites that discuss the scam problem with that particular site.
For eg : You must know a scam site paid.vg which was shutdown due to the scam activity. When the site was live i researched online like this and found that it was scam and avoided it.
I searched like paid.vg scam in google.

There’s no reason I can possibly understand or that makes any sense for an organization offering a job to request that YOU pay THEM.
