I would like to receive photos from a certain crime scene, but the photos are only included in confidential police documents.

You will most likely not be able to have access to them. They are police evidence and not open for the public.

If the case is open, they are not available to anyone outside the legal chain, once the case is closed you have to put in a request with the records section of the department holding the evidence and they will let you know what the procedure is for obtaining the photos.
