I mean: how do you deposit funds in a moneybookers account? And how do you withdraw funds from it as well?

You dont… It is a payment service, just like PayPal or Western Union. You are x-ferring money from your account or credit card to another person, NOT to your account…

You should be able to do that by linking your credit card to the account.
