Do you get paid alot? Do you need training? What? Just curious as to how the celebrity assistants became what they are.

Most celebrity assistants used to be that celebrity’s friend (or cousin or whatever). They pick them because they trust them. The pay varies, but the perks are where it’s at. They travel first class with the star, stay in the best hotels, get “seen” at all the right places, sometimes even live in the star’s home. No special training is involved except that you’d have to be willing to do someone’s bidding 24/7 and not mind seeing someone who used to be just like you rocketing to fame, while you could only latch onto their coattails and go along for the ride, with no one ever really knowing (or caring) who the heck you really are.
