How do stop Yahoo from showing my activity to people I have emailed?

JS: How do stop Yahoo from showing my activity to people I have emailed?
For some reason, when I send people an email, Yahoo shows them the questions that I have asked on Yahoo answers. I want this to stop completely and permanently. Does anyone know how to do it?

On My Activity click Edit My Preferences. Click Privacy and Communication. Scroll down and click Don’t share my updates. Click Submit. Also on the mail screen click Options. Then at the top of the list uncheck Enable updates, upper left click Save Changes.
