JAngusJohn: How do I sue a scam trucking company that has left me broke and without a job?
I excepted a lease purchase postion with a company after iniatially being promised a paid job. This was a scam which put thousands of dollars in the owners pocket for over five months and left me broke and without a job.

You need to read your contract. Then have an attorney review it. Did they guarantee you work? I doubt it.
