Danielle Gold: How can I start training for soccer & basketball?
I’m doing indoor soccer and basketball and I need to start training. I’m 13.
What is a good workout schedule that won’t make me the tiredest person on earth.

You should start cross country 4 – 8 miles, but If you don’t want to do that, then you want to work on your core, do crunches, make sure you do the RIGHT
Next you want to do push ups, wide angle and close angle, you would want to do calf raises, and lastly leg lifts. Do these exercises until failure. And do at least some cardio each day, you dont have to run 4 miles but at least do 30 mins of cardio

Well soccer is easy make sure you always play the way you face.. meaning keep your eyes open for the closest player on your side who has the least amount of opposition surrounding them… when you are running with the ball look for openings to where you can pass the ball to a team mate without losing possession, try to always have the ball on the ground it makes it easier to keep possession… practice one touch passes meaning if the balls coming your way you can pass it on with only one touch of the foot… the best way to practice this is to get a friend to practice with you, good one touch practice is agents a wall… and basketball well im not the best at that so……
