How do I separate yahoo email from work e-mail in the messages folder on my Blackberry 8520?

JH: How do I separate yahoo email from work e-mail in the messages folder on my Blackberry 8520?
I set up my Yahoo e-mail using the Internet e-mail setup wizard with T-mobile. However now my Yahoo e-mail shows up in both the Yahoo mail folder and the Messages mail folder – with work/enterprise e-mail. Is there a way to separate these 2?
