Mike D: How do I “seal” my criminal records/expunge in TX.?
Had a few “hot checks” some I plead to “theft”- those show up on my records as misdemeanors- How do I seal/expunge my record to get a good job? In Dallas Texas

You cannot expunge your record. Life is not an episode of J.A.G. Just stay out of trouble from now on and if they ask you about convictions, tell the truth since they are going to find out anyway. You may have to start out with a lower paying job to build up a good reputation.
