How do I prevent my friendship bracelets from getting curly?

Ada: How do I prevent my friendship bracelets from getting curly?
Whenever i make friendship bracelets, they always curl and i try to lay it flat and squish it with something heavy but it doesn’t work. Is there any way to make them without it curling?
