psyche: How do i permanently delete the website history off my computer for good?
i use Internet explorer. and i click on the round history icon to delete the history but isnt the history still saved somewhere in the computer?

first of all you need to tell me the version of your internet explorer
generally you can do the following steps to delete the history

tools -> Internet options -> general (Tab)

now find the options to delete the history i can tell you if i know about the version number of your explorer

Before using it open it and go to Options>Advanced and untick “only delete files in Windows Temp folders older than 48 hours”
