I know this is possible because my friend made tons of them & got rich but he wont tell me how he made them. I know i need ashes to make a santa hat but i need to know what other things i need and how to make it altogether.

You cant make a rare holiday item. Jagex dropped them and there will be no more added to the game. You can only buy them

Drop ball of wool, then red bead. Cant wear it. Only looks this way on the ground. Have to drop wool then bead. Can’t really sell it either.

Wool could prolly switch out for ashes and vice versa.
