Skye: How do I keep my breasts from shrinking while dieting?
I’m currently exercising and trying to eat healthy to shed some pounds this summer. Although I was not happy with my weight gain, I must admit, I loved the fact that my breasts were a little bigger. Now that I plan to lose weight, I don’t want them to shrink. Any tips on keeping them the size they are? Thanks!

Exercises are the only saving grace you have they will help tone the muscle behind the breast and help keep some shape
They won’t shrink proportionally. In my experience, the surrounding area, like your rib cage, will go down, so if anything you may appear MORE busty. I wish they WOULD shrink…Answer by Jesse Simon
Good exercise that targets the chest/forearm muscles will help a little, but breasts themselves are filled with fat. That’s not a bad thing, it’ just what they’re made of mostly. So, losing weight will definitely make them get a little smaller.Answer by Piojita
Be sure to wear a bra. Sometimes we tend not to used them but is very important when loosing weight.Answer by lilchica
Lay on the ground and use some hand weights above you, doing quality chest exercises will tone the muscle underneath the breast tissue, so your chest may appear to be bigger and keeps a nice, firm uplifted shape. very low body fat can make a woman’s chest appear less rounded, more flat and sculpted. But in the typical woman, strength training has an overall toning effect. If, however, you lose significant body fat, you may reduce breast size, but the decrease will be proportionate to fat loss from the entire body.

Answer by mosaicI had the same problem and considering that I’m extremely small chested to start with it’s especially bad. There’s nothing you can do besides excercise (and I don’t find that particularly helpful). This has gotten so bad that I thought of implants (which I said I’d never do in my lifetime).
I guess we have to remember that there are plenty of celebrities who look great with basically no chest at all so if they can be in the limelight sans boobs we can deal with it too.Answer by vilandra485
Tone your chest muscles, for sure!! Try chest presses, flyes, and pullovers. Find how to do these by searching for them online – shape or fitness mags websites are GREAT for that. But also remember, breats are msotly fat tissue, so the more you lose the more chance you have that they will lose some size, so keep toning for your best chance. Good luck!Answer by Aloha N
dont worry about that. When you diet and do more exercise, the fat from the stomach, the leg will be reduce, no one affect your breasts. (n_n)
Have a good day, a graceful body!!!
