Hi,

I’m attempting to install my new LifeCam Cinema Web cam, but when I put in the disk with the software on it and try to install it, it says try again later because the internet is not connected. I am connected to the internet though and I’m disconnected it and reconnected it and it still won’t let me install the software. Please help me! Thank you in advance and I do pick best answers!!

Check whether you have a firewall installed which may be blocking the webcam software from accessing internet.
