You mean a non Apple one?

For the 27″ cinema, the Dell Ultrasharp U2711H. It’s got the same LG IPS-LCD panel and 2560×1440, but with more inputs, matte screen coating, no LED backlight, and the same price.

You’ve also got the NEC Multisync PA271W, but that’s substantially more expensive than either. It uses a 2560×1440 IPS panel like the other two. Most likely though, it has better color accuracy than the other two.

Most 27″ LCDs aren’t going to match it the 27″ Cinema. The Cinema uses IPS panels, which are much higher quality and deliver superior colors and viewing angles compared to cheaper TN panels that most cheap LCDs use. A $ 300 27″ LCD using a cheap TN panel will have much worse colors and viewing angles compared to either the Cinema, the Dell Ultrasharp, or the NEC.
