JasonG: How do I get my brother to eat more food?
My brother is almost 10 and he doesn’t eat any meat and very few vegitables. The vegitables that he eats are corn and green beans. He stoped eating alot of stuff when he was 4. My parents and I have been trying rewards Like money or video games and it wont work.

Tell him that all the older boys eat alot

maybe its a internal body problem

He needs to eat!
1.Ok, you can try scaring him he’ll open his mouth then stuff the food in his mouth!
2.Beat him! That worked with my mom all the time!
3.If he eats candy, Mix meat with some candy!
4.Tell him he can’t go play with his friends if he doesn’t eat.

Dont bribe him. I have the same problem, as i am a very picky girl. Tell him this:
You know, if you want to be fat and unhealthy when you grow up, thats fine with me. I’m not going to be the one who has a heart attack when i get older.

He needs an education on healthy diets and why it’s necessary to good health. Rewards is a waste of time and counter productive. He will soon want to look and feel better about himself, it’s called puberty, he will start wanting to impress the girls in a couple of years so don’t worry too much about it.

Well I have a brother but instead he is 14 years old my mom always says that she will give him money but never does. Say that by the end of the year he will have a lot of money. And don’t forget pretend your jealous.

my room mates have a child, he’s about ten and doesn’t like to eat either. i use the “theres no way you can finish that” approach. challenge him to a contest to see who can eat the most. make it a game, kids love games.
