How do I designate as spam and have it remembered?

Artiste: How do I designate as spam and have it remembered?
Comcast has added a spam folder .
When you designate a message as spam it is supposed to remember the sender and put everything from the designated sender into the spam folder.
Mine won’t remember, and I have to put a previously designated sender into the spam folder over and over again.
Anybody has any ideas?

I don’t know about Comcast, but on other sites (netzero, hotmail) there is a way to block the sender when you designate it as spam.

Contact Comcast’s customer service or contact them and see if they can help you.
