Computer freak: How do I delete movies off my computer without deleting them off my ipod?
I have an ipod. I put a whole bunch of movies on them, but the movies take to much space on my computer. Everytime I delete the movies off my computer and put my ipod back on the computer it deletes the movies off my ipod.
What do I have to do to keep my ipods on my ipod but delete them off my computer?

the only thing i can think of, is never sync your ipod with the computer after you put the movies on it.

ahh, the beauty of falling for false advertisement. Oh sure, this little puppy can hold 80’000 songs. oh, yea thats right. your computer has to hold and keep those 80’000 songs….sorry, but there is no way. not unless you personally rip apart your ipod, put a chip in it, and save about 4gb on it. goodluck with finding a more common, and easy to use mp3 tho =] lolAnswer by tucker_ficklin

this is very easy, u have to change the settings in your ipod. u have to change them to (Manually manage music and videos) but the only thing is that it wont sync the music and videos automaticallyy any more.
