How do I apply for student finance/ accommodation and when?

NewforestOx: How do I apply for student finance/ accommodation and when?
I’ve accepted a conditional offer to my first choice uni … I’m waiting on my grades so when should I start applying for student finance (and how do I do this?!!) and accommodation?

Any help would be unbelievably helpful
