Dont know if your asking for an answer or doing both but you answered your on question.
I don’t know what white teeth even have to do with it.
But you are forgetting the major thing in hunting, and that is their claws. The claws stop and grab the prey. The teeth may simply deliver the death bite.
They can hold on to their prey with their canines, and chop the prey into smaller portions with their premolars. But if they don’t grab their prey with their claws, it really isn’t going to matter in the end.
