How did they build the whimsical buildings in Disney’s Toon Town?

I’m building an art studio and want the outside of the structure to have a whimsical look just like in Disney’s Toon Town but have no idea what it is made of or how to build it. Does anyone know how or can give me some links that will show me how? Thanks!

Most likely with fiberglass.
You sculpt a shape in foam, and then cover it with fiberglass fabric, and then cover it with epoxy resin, which can be tinted. You can also use a fiberglass resin, which eliminates the fabric step.
