Fireball: How could you atheists deny the Bible when it states so many scientifically accurate facts?
Hebrews 4:2-8 (New International Version)
“Humans evolved from lower species through a process called evolution. God beamed himself down to earth and announced this fact to me so that I could include it in the Bible long before its discovery. Now skeptics won’t doubt the validity of the Bible. Therefore, believe in God.”
Now, with such passages included in the Bible, how can you atheists deny the word of God when these scientifically accurate facts were included in the divine text long before they were discovered?

1. It’s not the word of god.
2. Many books are historical fiction. The fact they contain references to some true events does not make the entire book factual. Come on now, that’s just common sense.

Heb 4:2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
Heb 4:3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
Heb 4:4 For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.
Heb 4:5 And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest.
Heb 4:6 Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:
Heb 4:7 Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.
Heb 4:8 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.Answer by Beth Dixon
Because it states more not scientifically accurate facts, like walking on water, turning water to wine, all of them ‘miracles’.
Now shhhhhh.Answer by Harrison Bergeron
Hmmm….don’t see anything remotely resembling evolution in those passages. Nice try, sweetie.
2For we also have had the gospel preached to us, just as they did; but the message they heard was of no value to them, because those who heard did not combine it with faith. 3Now we who have believed enter that rest, just as God has said,
“So I declared on oath in my anger,
‘They shall never enter my rest.’ ” And yet his work has been finished since the creation of the world. 4For somewhere he has spoken about the seventh day in these words: “And on the seventh day God rested from all his work.” 5And again in the passage above he says, “They shall never enter my rest.”
6It still remains that some will enter that rest, and those who formerly had the gospel preached to them did not go in, because of their disobedience. 7Therefore God again set a certain day, calling it Today, when a long time later he spoke through David, as was said before: “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.” 8For if Joshua had given them rest, God would not have spoken later about another day.
Lol. Your secret is safe with me.

That’s not what Hebrews 4 says.
But to answer the question, Jesus was told that if he performed one more miracle they would believe. He was wise enough not to fall into their temptations. He said they would still not believe, he is right. Physicists will all eventually profess God because you are right, they are proving God. Einstein, Hawkins, Hubble (and many more lesser known) all came to the conclusion that the universe came from nothing.
Without anything, no mass, that means no forces either. So without any mass or forces acting on anything, nothing could ever happen. If you don’t believe in God by the truth just presented then you may never. You are choosing blindness and ignorance, i pity you but at least God loves you.Answer by bridget
Okay, I’ve never actually seen this passage before. It’s something completely different. Also someone writing that God made evolution doesn’t make it a fact. Just like writing that God never did this doesn’t make Him not exist. Also how could the bible have any so called “scientific facts” if it was so anti scientific? Also these “facts” aren’t very realistic, how could the world have been created in seven days if there is evidence to show that it took billions of years to fully develop. Sorry if I’ve caused anyone any offense.Answer by Jackie
