mpirumov: How come some stocks that are part of NYSE do not actively trade?
for example NDN is part of NYSE, but it doesnt have any bid or ask prices right now? as far as i know isnt there a specialist that supposed to buy or sell to any one who wishes to do so at a fair market price.
P.S. i am checking it through yahoo finance

Those prices are available on your broker’s web site.
? As of right now I see 375,000 shares have moved today and the 3 month average is 1.5 million a day. This is not the most action but it is a good deal of volume for this stock.Answer by Mr. Q
The bigger the company, the more market is commands, the more volatle its stock price. Usually small companies, especially those on pink sheets or lesser exchanges do not trade much, as few know about them.
