Forecasting the NYSE is a little like forecasting the weather, or the movements of a hurricane. While we know usually why things happened after the fact, it is very difficult to know it ahead of time! I do not belie that any website is good at forecasting the NYSE or any other market for that matter.
You are better off reading several different sources and draw your own conclusions
